The Highest-Protein Menu, Mapped
Trifecta 40g
Factor 36g
BistroMD 27g
Clean Eatz 26g
From printed labels across every meal on each menu, same week. Trifecta's floor (34g) beats everyone else's average.
“Up to 40g protein” is doing a lot of work in meal-delivery marketing. The menu ceiling isn’t the menu average — so we mapped every meal on all four menus in the same week and recorded the spread. Averages below are menu-wide, from printed labels.
The map
- Trifecta: 38–42g, ceiling 45g, floor 34g. The only menu where the floor beats everyone else’s average. Order anything; the protein takes care of itself.
- Factor: 34–38g, ceiling 41g, floor 23g. The ceiling lives in the “Protein Plus” filter — order exclusively from it and Factor nearly matches Trifecta while tasting like a restaurant.
- BistroMD: 25–30g, ceiling 33g, floor 18g. The floor meals are soups and pastas; skip them and the average climbs to 28g.
- Clean Eatz: 24–28g, ceiling 31g, floor 21g. Tight spread, low ceiling — what it lacks in peaks it repays in price.
How to order the top of any menu
Filter by protein if the site allows it; if it doesn’t, sort by beef and salmon dishes — poultry-and-pasta entrées are where every service hides its low-protein filler. Re-check quarterly: menus rotate, and last quarter’s 40g flagship quietly becomes this quarter’s 31g “chef refresh.” We re-map when they rotate — last done June 2026.
